The latest restaurant review at our flagship New England travel site, VisitingNewEngland.com, focuses on Howard's Drive-in, in the small central Massachusetts town of West Brookfield. Located on Route 9, east of the idyllic, Norman Rockwell-type town center and its beautiful common, Howard's is a popular family seasonal dining destination with an walk-up order window and picnic groves. Specialities include lobster rolls, barbecue chicken, fried clams, New England clam chowder and ice cream. The low prices are simply amazing, and quite compatible with those trying to save a dollar or two during this tough economy. To read more about Howard's Drive-In, please click the link above.
