Memorial Day Observance, Londonderry N.H.-Style

Bookmark and Share

On this Memorial Day, we encourage you to take some time to remember our U.S. Soldiers that died in military service. The small town of Londonderry, N.H., does just that in a big-time way. This close-knit, proud New England community traditionally conducts an impressive Memorial Day service that really captures the meaning of this important day.

Today, American Legion Post 27 will hold their annual Memorial Day parade and ceremony in Londonderry (Monday, May 31st), starting at 10 a.m. Here is some more information on this Memorial Day Observance event .

The Londonderry Hometown Online News recently -- and thoughtfully -- contributed a marvelous Memorial Day Observance-Londonderry article to VisitingNewEngland.com. Writer Joe Paradis wrote a tremendous article and editor Steve Young took some phenomenal photos. Check it out by clicking on the link in this paragraph.
